Core Design haven't made a Tomb Raider videogame since the dreadful Angel of Darkness. The last three releases--Legend, Anniversary, and Underworld--were developed by Crystal Dynamics (of Legacy of Kain and Soul Reaver fame.) Toby Gard, one of the original team, worked on Crystal Dynamics's Tomb Raider videogames, but he left Core Design while Tomb Raider II was still in development. Core Design went out of business in 2006 and played no role in the development of Underworld.

If you have a pc that can run this game at high detail. Opt for the pc version over console. Unless you are big on achievements. The detail is amazing on the pc version. There are times when the lighting is right and it makes me feel like I am looking a a true 3D image. Especially when Laura is moving. Anyway I enjoyed this game a lot. If you've played "Legend" and "Anniversary" you will appreciate the story a lot more.
