Expect plenty of new ideas alongside the familiar in this latest title — just make sure you've got a friend or three in the wings to help you out (or push you over the edge).
A Crusades-Era setting has given way to Italy during the Renaissance in Assassin's Creed II. There looks to be more of everything this time around — both environmental diversity and crowd intelligence have been beefed up, which should result in cities that are more lifelike and reactive. It releases this week for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
