Retail Roundup: December 23, 2008

One publisher's obvious choice: quantity.

I

can't quite tell: is Learn Math a video game title or a decree? Either way, Dreamcatcher Interactive really needs to work on its marketing. This Nintendo DS title's box artwork promises lessons on time, geometry and the metric system — just the thing to excite that young math student in your life.

I like this one because it has my name in the title: Drivers Ed Portable helps students review for their written driving test, regardless of their country of origin. German, Spaniard, Canadian and American can unite as they learn the rules of the road in this fun Nintendo DS cart. Thanks again, Dreamcatcher — I'm not sure where my favorite pastime would be without you.

Aren't puppy farms supposed to be a bad thing? Looks as though Dreamcatcher missed that memo seeing as how they're releasing Dreamer: Puppy Trainer for the Nintendo DS this week — don't forget to give your furry friends water as you breed them until they can't breed anymore. Puppies not your thing? Try Dreamer: Horse Trainer instead.

Pairing up matching games and the late Steve Irwin can only mean one thing: Australia Zoo Quest! The PC puzzler makes its way to the DS this week care of — you guessed it — Dreamcatcher Interactive.
